Menus
Here are the weekend menus for the coming weeks. If you dine with us on multiple evenings in a row, you will, of course, be served different menus each night.
We are closed during the Midsummer weekend, 19 and 20 June
Menu Friday 26 June
- Starter: Charcoal-grilled beef from Hållsunga gård with Japanese flavours
- Main course: This weekend’s white fish with fennel and vendace roe sauce. Served with early summer vegetables.
- Dessert: White chocolate crème with raspberry sorbet and hazelnut brittle
Saturday 27 June
- the restaurant is booked for a private event
SUMMER MENU ☀️ 1 July – 8 August
Please note that some ingredients or dishes may vary depending on seasonal availability.
During the summer, we serve a set starter and dessert each evening. You choose your main course.
Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday:
- Starter: Local tomatoes with fresh cheese from Hållsunga Farm, roasted Almonds, and herbs and greens from the manor garden
- Choose your main course
- Dessert: Strawberries with Tofta ice cream, cardamom cake and sansho pepper
Wednesday & Friday:
- Starter: Charcoal-grilled beef from Hållsunga gård with cabbage kimchi and yuzu tamari
- Choose your main course
- Dessert: Raspberry sorbet with white chocolate crème, candied hazelnuts and seasonal fruits and berries
Main course options*:
- Today´s white fish with fennel and vendace roe sauce
- Braised pork collar from West Sweden with sauce made with apple cider from Bremnäs
* The main course is served with today’s delivery of local summer vegetables and new potatoes dressed with herbs.
