We operate with a set menu each evening, making it easier for us to control food waste. We continuously work with locally produced ingredients, and our chefs select menus based on what is in season.

During the period from November 22 to December 22, only CHRISTMAS BUFFET is served.

Winter 2025 opening hours ❄️

  • The restaurant is open for dinner bookings on Saturdays starting January 11 
  • From March 14, open on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Dinner is served at 7:00 PM.

On weekdays, we are open for group bookings and conferences. Please contact us for information about lunch or dinner options on weekdays, as we accept bookings subject to availability.


Short info about our restaurant

Tofta Manor’s main building is heritage listed and dates back to the 18th Century - a historical building with classic interior and still many original furnitures. You will dine in one of the manor’s wonderful dining rooms, which offers romance for those wanting to enjoy a special evening with a loved one and a pleasant family atmosphere for those wanting to celebrate a special occasion with family and friends.

Many of our guests like to start their evening by enjoying a drink before dinner in one of the Manor’s atmospheric rooms or out in the garden during warm weather.

Prices: 

  • Three course set menu: 595:- sek
  • Two course menu (starter & main course): 465:- sek

Children up to 12 years can choose from the following options:

  • Smaller portion of the regular menu: 1/2 price
  • A slightly more child-adapted menu: 195 SEK (e.g. toast/swedish meatballs & potatoes/ice cream)

Summer menu June 28 -  August 17 🌞

During the summer we have a set starter and dessert per evening. You choose your main course.

Wednesday and Friday
  • Seared haddock with herb sauce, grilled green tomatoes and lemon, and fried garlic bread
  • Choose your main course
  • Caramelized cream cheese dessert made with milk from Hållsunga farm, served with blackberry sorbet, candied almonds, and seasonal fruits and berries.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
  • Local tomatoes with fresh cheese from Hållsunga farm, roasted almonds, and herbs and greens from the manor garden
  • Choose your main course
  • Browned white chocolate cream with fresh strawberries and strawberry sorbet, lemon balm and roasted oats
Choose your main course:*
  • This week’s white fish with a sauce flavoured with fennel flowers and roasted hazelnuts
  • Beef brisket braised in white wine and tomato, served with Åkerhög chorizo
  • Green lentil falafel with pickled cabbage, grilled pepper sauce and herb cream

*the main courses are served with today’s delivery of local summer vegetables and new potatoes dressed with herbs
